International Telecommunication Convention "International Telecommunication Convention" means the Constitution and Telecommunications Union Convention of the International Telecommunication Union signed in Geneva in 1992 relating to telecommunications, and includes any subsequent Convention, to which the Government is a party and it extends to any radiocommunication regulations made pursuant to the Convention; and if any amendment of the Contitution and Convention comes into force with respect to Malaysia, references in these Regulations shall, unless the context otherwise requires, be construed as references to the Constitution and the Convention as amended;
